Separate stages
Sales depend on the explicit opening of the service. Each stage is ordered and paid separately, without a subscription or an automatic charge for the next one.
Distance-contract withdrawal
For a consumer entering a distance service contract, the applicable withdrawal period is normally 14 days from conclusion, without giving a reason. More favourable applicable legal rights remain.
Starting during that period needs a separate express request. A proportionate amount is due only where legally permitted. Losing the right after full performance needs the legally required consent and acknowledgement; paying or accepting general terms alone is not that waiver.
Request and refund
Use the form or contact@orinsd.com: “I notify withdrawal from service [stage/reference], contracted on [date], in the name of [name]. Request date: [date].” Any clear statement suffices. Do not include card details.
A refund due for withdrawal is made within the legal deadline, normally 14 days from notice, using the original payment method unless a lawful agreement causes no extra cost. Missing or defective service may give other remedies independently of that period.
Mandatory rights
No job offer does not by itself prove a breach or remove rights concerning the service purchased. There is no blanket refund exclusion for every completed service.
